A team that understands business and technology — in one conversation.
ManageIT is a team where every person combines at least two of three areas: development, analytics and project management. As a result, you talk to someone who understands the broad context of your decision, not just a narrow slice of technology.
What competencies we bring to the conversation
Each of these areas brings a different dimension to the recommendation — from the technology decision, through business consequences, to delivering the project to the end.
Development
We understand how to actually build something — from architecture, through technology decisions, to implementation. We know what "it can be done" means, and what "it can be done in 3 months and requires changes to parts of the system that already work" means.
Analytics
Reading data, modeling processes, assessing risks and costs. We look wider than at the code — at how a technology decision will affect operations, margin and the company's growth pace.
Project Management
Bringing projects to the end — coordination, schedule, stakeholder communication, risk management. Without this layer, even a good technical recommendation often doesn't reach production.
Every person on the team covers at least 2 of these 3 areas.
What this means for the conversation with us
The team's competence model translates into specific benefits for you.
Broad context
You see the business consequences of your decision immediately, not in the second iteration — because the team assesses it across multiple dimensions at once from the start.
Less communication loss
You don't explain the same decision separately to a developer, an analyst and a project manager. Fewer conversations, fewer misunderstandings, less time wasted on internal vendor alignment.
Better decisions
The recommendation you receive combines technical, analytical and operational realities — because we see the consequences of the choice in all these layers at once, not sequentially.
How we work on decisions
Three principles we follow with every recommendation — from the starting point to the way we evaluate.
Starting point: Your business situation
We start by understanding where your company is — its goals, constraints and cost pressure. Only on this basis do we discuss specific solutions. Otherwise, the recommendation is just an opinion about a tool, not an answer to your problem.
Selection: fit, not hype
We look for a solution that genuinely fits your case — taking into account scale, team maturity and maintenance costs. We don't recommend tools just because they're loud on the market at the moment. The best technology is the one that solves your problem within a real budget.
Evaluation: agreed goals and criteria
Before starting work, we agree on how we'll measure success — what business goals the solution should achieve and how you'll know it worked. As a result, we talk about outcomes, not just delivery. We evaluate every decision through these criteria, not through technology fashion.
As a result, the recommendation you receive is anchored in your goals — not in the current technology fashion.
Who you'll be working with

Over 14 years in IT and 50+ delivered projects behind me. A decision that's one-off for a board is recurring for me — I spot the trade-offs and hidden costs faster. I don't sell implementations unless they make sense.
Owners and CEOs usually call me before a decision on: store replatforming (Shopify, Magento, headless), reorganizing ERP/PIM/WMS integrations, architecture and cloud cost audit, framing pilots and rollouts of AI tools in the team's daily work.
Experience and openness
For over a decade we've worked on projects of various scales — from individual architectural decisions to change programs in large organizations.
Years of experience
Every person on the team has years of experience building IT solutions for business. We've worked on projects of various scales — from architectural decisions to specific production deployments. For you this means we come in with experience from similar projects, so we can sort out the basic risks and decisions faster.
Working beyond the template
We don't rigidly limit ourselves to the list of services on the website. If your situation also touches other systems or processes, we include them in the analysis and recommendation — with the same care and responsibility as in our main areas. Less fragmentation on your side, less time spent looking for another vendor. This doesn't mean we do everything — it means we can honestly assess whether we can really help.
Tell us about your situation
30 minutes. You describe the problem, we assess whether and how we can help and what first step makes sense.
