manageit.io is operated by ManageIT. On the site you will find information about our services, the materials we publish, and the option to contact us or book a call.

By using the site, you accept these terms to the extent you use it: browsing the pages, sending forms, subscribing to the newsletter, or using the auxiliary functions available in the interface.

If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the features they cover — in particular the forms, the newsletter and the embedded calendar.

The content published on the site is informational — it shows how we work and what we can offer. It is not a binding offer unless we expressly state otherwise.

Sending a form, subscribing to the newsletter, or booking a call does not by itself create a service contract. The terms of any cooperation are always agreed separately.

Use the site lawfully, fairly and only for its intended purpose. Do not take actions that could disrupt the site, bypass security measures, or violate the rights of other people.

The contact forms are there so you can request a conversation, describe your business situation, and get a reply from us. Required fields are limited to the data we actually need to handle your request.

The booking calendar runs through an external service and is only loaded after you give consent to additional functions. Using the calendar does not by itself mean we will start working together or accept an assignment.

The newsletter is optional. Subscription only happens after you tick a separate consent checkbox, and you can unsubscribe at any time — through the link in the message or by writing to us by email.

We may change the frequency, topics or format of the newsletter — as long as that does not change the purpose for which you gave consent.

Some site features rely on third-party services — abuse protection in the forms, traffic analytics after your consent, and additional functions after your consent (including the booking calendar). Each of these services operates under its own technical terms and provider policies. External links are published for convenience only. We are not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices.

The site content — including texts, page layout, graphics, markings, authored materials and visual identity elements — is protected by copyright or other rights belonging to ManageIT or the relevant licensors.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every function. Parts of the site may be temporarily unavailable for technical, security or development reasons.

We may update the content, structure, additional functions and these terms. A new version takes effect when published on the site, unless we state a later effective date.

The site does not replace individual business, technical, legal or tax analysis. The materials here are meant to explain our approach, but they should not be the sole basis for high-impact decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from technical interruptions, force majeure, improper use of the site, or reliance solely on informational materials without further verification.

Personal data processing, analytics, additional functions, the newsletter and consent management are described in a separate Privacy Policy. In matters of personal data, that policy takes precedence over these terms.

If you see a “Privacy settings” link on the site, you can use it to change your decisions about analytics and additional functions. Otherwise, contact us directly.

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the site operator, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
