This document explains what data we collect on manageit.io, why we collect it, on what legal basis we process it, and what rights you have in relation to that.

What data we collect
The scope of data depends on how you use the site. Most of it is provided directly by you when you submit a contact form or opt in to our newsletter.
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number.
- Company and professional data: company name and position, if you provide them.
- Submission content: a description of your situation and your answers to the form questions.
- Consent information: newsletter consent and privacy settings for analytics and additional functions.
- Basic technical data: IP address, browser information and submission time, needed to handle the request and keep the service secure.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data only for clearly defined purposes. Depending on the context, we do this to respond to your inquiry, on the basis of your consent or based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a call.
- To send the newsletter if you tick the separate checkbox — based on your consent.
- To measure traffic and conversions — based on your consent to analytics.
- To enable the booking calendar and form conveniences — based on your consent to additional functions.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse — based on our legitimate interest.
Contact form and newsletter
When you submit a form, we store your message so we can get back to you. Submitting a form does not commit you to any decision.
The newsletter is a separate channel — consent is optional and you can unsubscribe at any time through the link in the message or by writing to us by email.
Cookies, analytics and additional functions
We use cookies and similar technologies only to the extent you choose in your privacy settings. Consent for analytics and consent for additional functions are independent — you can combine them freely. We use none of this for advertising or profiling.
- Necessary: required for the form to work, for abuse protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and to remember your consent choice. Active without additional consent.
- Analytics: after your consent we enable Google Analytics 4 to measure basic traffic and key conversions (form submissions, calendar use, newsletter sign-ups).
- Additional functions: after your consent we unlock the embedded booking calendar (Cal.com) and local remembering of a partially filled form in your browser.
Recipients and transfers
Data are shared only with parties that help us operate the site, handle your inquiry or provide a specific feature you use after giving consent.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Cloudflare — abuse protection in the forms (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Google — Google Analytics 4 analytics tool, after your consent to analytics.
- Cal.com — booking calendar for calls, after your consent to additional functions.
- Email provider needed to deliver notifications about new submissions.
- Authorized ManageIT collaborators handling contact and follow-up.
If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the legal transfer mechanisms required for that situation.
How long we keep your data
We do not keep data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Form submissions and the related consent information are kept for up to 24 months.
Data stored locally in your browser expire after up to 7 days. Email messages may be stored separately by the email provider.
Your rights and privacy settings
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You can change your privacy settings (consent for analytics and additional functions) at any time through the “Privacy settings” link in the site footer.
