AI for Business · advisory · concrete implementations

We help assess where AI makes sense and how to implement it without unnecessary risk.

We advise where AI has real business sense and we deploy concrete solutions — from website chats to internal apps supporting the team's work. We don't favor a single vendor and we start with small, verifiable steps.

The most common situations where we help.

Everyone says "implement AI" — but no one says how.

The board expects results, vendors offer ready-made solutions, and you don't know where to start without burning budget.

The team uses ChatGPT or other tools — but without clear rules.

Employees use AI in their own way, often on private accounts and outside company control. You don't know if it brings real benefits, and at the same time you want to give the team a flexible, safe tool while reducing risks.

You worry about depending on a single vendor.

Every AI platform claims to be the best. You don't know how to assess whether what you choose won't become a ball and chain a year from now.

AI pilots succeed — implementations don't.

The demo works, the initial test looks great, and after a few months the tool sits unused. Adoption and habit change are missing.

You don't know which processes are suitable for automation.

You hear about companies that saved 30% of time. You don't know where to look for those opportunities, or how to safely check.

You worry your company will be left behind.

Competitors are doing something with AI — maybe PR, maybe a real implementation. You're sitting in analysis and don't know how to start without risking a wrong decision.

If any of these situations sound familiar — it's worth a conversation. Together we'll assess whether and where AI really makes sense for you.

Advisory — we help you decide on AI

Independent assessment of where AI has the best chance to create measurable value in your company, which tools fit and how to start safely. No vendor commissions.

AI diagnosis in the company

We identify processes where AI has the best chance to create measurable value — and those where it's not worth starting. We assess data readiness, team maturity, regulatory risks and potential business impact.

Use case mapData readinessPrioritization

AI tool selection and pilot

We match AI tools to your context and immediately design a safe, scoped pilot in a real environment. We compare options on total cost, data security and vendor lock-in risk, and we close the pilot with measurable success criteria and a clear "scale / don't scale" decision.

Implementation and adoption

We lead through implementation and real change of habits in the organization. Adoption is not training — it's changes in processes, tools and the team's way of working. We measure KPIs so the tool truly starts working in the business.

What we implement — concrete AI solutions

When the decision is made, we deliver. Three types of solutions we really build for clients — from ready apps to custom agents.

Internal AI apps for the team

When the team loses days on research, document analysis or report preparation — we build apps where several AI models cooperate on a task. They support daily work and clearly shorten the time of complex tasks.

AI chats on websites and stores

We deploy ready AI chats on client websites and ecommerce stores — they answer product questions, resolve typical support cases, route leads to sales. Configured for your context, not a template chat.

AI agents tailored to your processes

When a ready tool doesn't fit your process — we build an AI agent tailored to real tasks. It automates repetitive steps, connects to the systems you use, and addresses specific operational problems. Not a template — a fit.

AI diagnosis2–3 weeks

Independent assessment of where AI has the best chance to create measurable value

2–3 weeks of work that ends with a decision: where AI makes sense for you, which tools fit, how to start safely — without the risk of a costly mistake.

What you receive
  • Map of real use cases (3–5 priorities)
  • Tool recommendation with justification
  • Safe pilot framework with success criteria
  • First 90-day plan
You'll know it made sense when

You leave with a document you can make an AI decision with — instead of listening to every vendor say their solution is the best.

Diagnosis → recommendation → implementation

We implement when the diagnosis leads to a specific step

First diagnosis and recommendation. If it leads to a specific pilot or AI implementation stage, we can lead it — ourselves, with your team or with another partner involved. The path depends on business sense, not on a pre-set scenario.

What AI implementation can cover
  • Internal AI apps for the team
  • AI chats on websites and support channels
  • AI agents tailored to processes and integrations

What we've worked on in AI

We protect our clients' interests, so we don't publish detailed case studies without their explicit consent. Instead of marketing built on others' implementations, we show the types of AI situations we help with. If after working together you'd like to publicly describe the results, we'll happily do it with you.

Most frequently asked

With diagnosis, not tool selection. We start by identifying processes where AI has the best chance to create measurable value — and those where it's not worth starting. Only then do we choose tools. Otherwise it's easy to buy a solution that doesn't answer any really important problem.

Depends on context. In practice we most often work with commercial models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), open models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen) on client infrastructure and hybrids. The choice starts from your data, regulations, scale and total cost — not from our preferences.

A frequent and justified question. Depending on data sensitivity we recommend: cloud models with DPA agreements and zero query retention, open models running inside your infrastructure, or a hybrid. Each option we compare on security, cost and operational stability.

We do both. Advisory comes first — regardless of whether implementation leads to us, your team, or another partner. We most often support implementations of AI chats, internal AI apps for the team and custom AI agents.

We define the pilot with measurable success criteria and a clear "scale / don't scale" decision at the end. Typically 4–8 weeks — depending on process complexity and data readiness. Without tying budget to an open-ended trial.

This is a scenario worth being prepared for. We define "don't scale" criteria before the start, not after. If the pilot doesn't meet the criteria, we don't scale and we say so directly — together with a recommendation on what to do instead (sometimes a different area, sometimes a different tool, sometimes a decision that the topic is not ready).
